I'm not thrilled or even happy with Pets Best and my dog has chronic health issues so I am stuck. I ordered a wellness plan and pay for acupuncture and alternative care and they reject it every time. Find a best pet insurance place if you want to actual get use out if your pet insurance.

It seems to take way much longer to process a claim. Going on day 3 and haven't received any feedback from adjuster, even after numerous attempts to reach out. Additionally, calling Sonnet claims department forwards me to Economical??!

I have had zero in refunds
I have had zero in refunds, managing receipts, getting things reviewed and it has been nothing but stress from this insurance and I want to cancel. Do not renew me. I have called and asked for help and that didn't make anything resolve. I'm all done.

I have never had such a bad claims…
I have never had such a bad claims experience- no one in the claims team was empathetic or helpful. To make things worst, the adjuster is even more horrible and there is an absolute lack of transparency in the process. The claim amount is not more than probably $4000 with $1000 as deductible but even for this small a claim - the general attitude seem to suggest - let’s trouble the customer!

We have used Trupanion a couple of times, and filing a claim is fast and easy.
