So.
So... I've met my deductible... But I'm not being repaid a cent? I don't know why but in the past 5 years I feel like trupanion has definitely gone downhill. I never had trouble submitting claims in the past and being covered. My dog just had surgery and 2/3 vet visits related to it and not one phone call to me to explain why I'm paying the full amount when I've already met the deductible
