In a horrific, stressful time where I couldn¡¦t think of anything but the care of my dog Trupanion made life less stressful. Easy communication, super fast responses. My vet said they got a return email within three minutes when they submitted the claim. All while we were waiting in the parking lot at the emergency vet to be admitted. I thought it was going to take a long time and it was instant. The two people I spoke with at Trupanion were amazing, asked about my dog and answered my question quickly. I am so happy I was recommended Trupanion and I am so happy that I chose them for my pets insurance.

I did everything online and normally it can be very trying to get online forms completed with out a hassle but I had no issues going through the process, it was very simple and made the start of this process a positive one.

I am always amazed with the service and care that trupanion provides. They quickly renew claims and reimburse expenses. The app is so easy to use. When my puppy was hospitalized, they called me late at night to assure me that his tests would be covered and asked how he was doing.
