Better than I could have hoped for
My dog Georgie has been plagued with injuries and illnesses throughout her life. Having Per Best insurance has allowed me to provide Georgie with the best possible care. Pet Best’s claims process is incredibly easy. They’re timely with reimbursements and have communicated with me at every step of the way.. I have recommended Pet Best to every pet owner I know. Pets Best Came Through for Our Golden Retriever's Dental Need
Well, it all started with something we weren't expecting - our Golden Retriever Teddy somehow had the tip of his right canine tooth break off. Our guy's health has always been a top concern for us, and we've always supported it by including Pets Best insurance in his care. His plan has always been there, but we had never had a need until now. Our regular Vet referred us to a canine dental specialist since the canine tooth is a critical tooth in the health of a dog. Our dental specialist said we were seeing them at the right time and the tooth could be saved. Well, who knew dogs could get a root canal and crown? We sure didn't, but we are glad our dentist was able to save Teddy's tooth. Come to find out many of the staff at the doggie dental office also rely on Pets Best for their own pets. Our paperwork was well prepared and the submittal process with Pets Best was very easy. We were kept informed via both email and status reported via the app on our phone. While it took a couple of weeks to process, the procedure was approved and we were reimbursed. Yes, we were happy that Pets Best fulfilled the claim... it makes us feel like they understand how important our pet's health is to us, and being there when we really needed it helps keep our family financially stable. Pets Best has been a good investment for us, and certainly a good investment for our pup Teddy. Thank you!

I didn't expect to feel this supported by an insurance company, but my experience with my pet insurance has honestly been a breath of fresh air. From the moment I signed up all 3 of our dogs, we felt like we weren’t just another policy number-they treated us like someone whose home and peace of mind actually mattered. Every question I had was met with patience and clarity. Every interaction felt reassuring. And in a world where dealing with insurance can feel cold or complicated, they made everything surprisingly easy and genuinely comforting. Any issues with a claim they simply ask for more information which we provide and it’s taken care of quickly. Most claims are processed and paid within days.
