My cat has pancreas cancer and undergoes 3 month check ups at our veterinary hospital. The insurance policy covers major expenses that I get for him. Customer service representatives are always great to explain final payment that client receives and are very cordial. I always recommend new pet owners to get Trupanion pet insurance .

Our bully Lola had ACL trouble in the left leg. 6 months later the other knee did the same thing. During the stress of seeing our pup in pain, we received amazing care from our vet. Finding out she may need surgery was shocking. I submitted the invoices to Trupanion, did it all online and it was super easy process. Trupanion covered our girl hips and knees for her lifetime at 90%. I can't tell you the ease of experts who explain EVERYTHING, coverage that lives up to its selling points, and piece of mind financially for us. Trupanion continues to stand with us with real life applicable insurance. Bravo team Trupanion!!!! Bravo
