My experience with Trupanion has been amazing. My dog Hank has had to endure multiple surgeries and I do not know what we would have done without his health insurance. Trupanion truly took the financial worries away very quickly. Their review/approval process is quick and they paid the vet directly and quickly. Absolutely the best decision I have ever made and any pet I may have in the future will also have Trupanion. Thank you Trupanion!!!

Trupanion replies quickly when invoices…
Trupanion replies quickly when invoices are submitted. I wish they covered more of the vet costs though. Our dog is old and having trouble with a corneal ulcer. Now seeing a specialist and the cost is high. Not even 50% of it is covered which isn't great especially when my monthly cost for the insurance keeps going up.

Don’t waste your money
I filed a claim for my 17 month old AmStaff. She had a skin infection and bumps all over her body. Not only did it take Pets Best a month to process the simple claim, but they also denied every single covered expense. Their reasoning?! They requested ALL of her medical records. Which is crazy because they HAVE all of her records. This was the first time she’s ever been ill. Don’t recommend them at all!!
