My husband tried dropping our dog off for her appointment today, but the woman behind the counter was on the phone with the manager about how she needed more hours. He waited over 10 minutes and she never even made eye contact with him so he eventually left. Maybe she should find another job! So rude! We will find another vet.

Our regular vet was not available and my husband took our sweet 10 month old pup in for run of the mill diarrhea since we were headed out of town, and they insisted on doing over $400 dollars in tests before giving him simple medication. Of course the tests came back with no issues and we were given the standard course of action. I can't help but think this practice is solely motivated by getting as much money out of their patients as possible. Had I been there we would've walked out immediately. Don't let this happen to you...
