Fast and efficient claims process
Our family dog has had a bit of a tougher year with his recent surgery and recovery. I was worried I would not be reimbursed for my claim, and to my relief - every was okay. I feel comforted our insurance policy came through and it wasn't what many negatively speculate about pet insurance. Thanks much, Pet’s Best!
First Claim Filed
It was the first time I had submitted a claim since having this insurance. Each time I called, I was able to get right on the phone with a support specialist, and they were able to give me updated information that could not be found through the app. Took exactly one month from the day I submitted the claim to the day I received an email with the reimbursement breakdown.
