Good insurance
Healthy paws is great. They covered 80% of my pups surgery (that’s the plan I chose). Filing the claims is very easy and they are very quick about reimbursement. I would recommend this insurance to anyone with a pet!

Scam artists
This insurance are a true scam! They will make up some weird excuses to deny each and every claim. They have people on the line who cannot validate or confirm the decisions made by the company. Claims that are being accepted are also being accepted in parts and not what their policy says. STAY AWAY!

Very Disappointed
I bought into this insurance plan because I thought it seemed better than any other for coverage and reimbursement. I was wrong. For the amount of premiums I pay every month. First I was only a member for a short time before they inceased the premium almost $20 to $90. Then with a $250 deductible which I had satisfied within the first couple visits. I submitted claims totaling almost $1226.50 and my reimbursement is only $302?? Far from 90% reimbursement rate. I think I will be looking for a new policy elsewhere. I had a different policy for when my other dog got a tail bob. His procedure was almost $900 and I got most of that back. How disappointing.
