This was my first experience with a car…
This was my first experience with a car insurance company and I was not pleased with the service, care or ability to make any modifications. Yes, it’s easy to get setup initially online, but it was extremely difficult to get through when I had an urgent claim where my car was vandalized by a group of men and put me in a difficult and dangerous situation at an already stressful time. Although I requested a different payment date when I renewed it was never effectuated, resulting in my inability to make payments on time and then they cancelled me without having been able to make the one-time payment. There’s many downsides to being a mostly web-based system. I would avoid at all costs. That was my experience and I do not recommend for the above-mentioned and other reasons.

Trupanion reimbursement is quick.
Trupanion reimbursement is quick. Not paying for exam is a bummer. If your pet gets SUPER SICK or injured, it will make it worthwhile. So, basically, you are paying for something that you hope will never happen.

Trupanion is the best!
Trupanion is the best! We have had Trupanion for 9 years now. Every single Trupanion member that I have ever spoken to over the phone has always been so friendly, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. When I submit claims, the money is deposited into my account in an extremely timely manner. Getting Trupanion for our 2 cats was far and away the best pet decision we have ever made. :)
