The person that assisted me was knowledgeable, had outstanding interpersonal skills, and I felt that she was a great consultant. She walked me through my options and it was a great dialog about which option would be best for me based on my needs. Outstanding customer service and she made the overall process very quick and easy. It felt like I was talking to a friend/ fellow pet lover about insurance and not someone I had never met before which made the experience that much better.
The only challenge was having to submit the claims request twice (through the website) because the first time I never received confirmation so a week later I called customer service and was advised to submit the claims again.
