Crystal was very efficient, warm and compassionate. She answered my questions about insurance coverage for my pet and listened politely while I explained the diagnosis. Itâs not a good day when your treasured, best friend develops a medical condition, but the good news is Iâm glad I invested in Trupanion which will help with further treatment!
