VEG ER in Eastlake was such a breath of fresh air. Before going in I called with some concerns about my dog, Biscuit. And the kind receptionist immediately offered I speak to the veterinarian...where does that happen anywhere else!??? I spoke extensively to Dr. Constatinou. She was very kind and gave me a better idea of what was going on with my 5 year old dog. She also reassured me that they are there 24/7 and sent me a text link to pre-register for my visit if I decided to come in. I filled it out and headed there with my husband. We absolutely loved the open concept, as this did NOT make Biscuit as nervous as he can be in a tiny room at our vet. We walked right up to an exam table and were greeted with the kindest staff. Biscuit was evaluated and a treatment plan was drawn up. He needed bloodwork, which they did with us so that he could remain calm, and he did!! The Dr. was so thorough and explained everything to us-- he is suffering from a spinal injury. Another vet we had seen at a different location had dismissed our concerns, but my momma bear instincts knew something was not right with my dog. We were prescribed pain meds, and given a much more thought out plan for his recovery. I am so happy the VEG ER is in Eastlake!! We need this in our community, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE who needs immediate assistance or even who needs to call with any concerns before going in. I hope they have plenty of business to stay in our community longterm! They even gave us a little bag with poop bags, a stress heart, and some other goodies to GO-- the service here is exceptional! THANK YOU VEG ER STAFF for your PROFESSIONALISM and CARE for OUR PETS!!

Everyone was incredibly kind and so informative! They made it clear from the start that my dog’s comfort was their top priority. They even offered her a blanket and a bed, which meant so much to me, those thoughtful, small touches make a huge difference in helping dogs (especially mine) feel safe.

I am so beyond grateful for every single staff member here. They genuinely care about your animal and give them all the love and attention they need. I couldnt have asked for a more seamless, genuine, and attentive experience under such unfortunate circumstances. I really appreciated the open layout and being able to be there with my beloved every step of the way. Not only do they value the comfort of your loved member but also your own comfort providing blankets, beverages, and snacks. They were also extremely communicative. They truly gave each patient the time and energy they deserved. I would recieve frequent updates which was much appreciated and calm my restless mind. ♡ Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I've dealt with so many veterinarians and ER's and none have them has ever compared to this location. From the kindness of the staff members to their profound knowledge on animal medicine. ♡Sebastian the cat appreciates you guys♡ He'll continue making art for yall!
