Been coming here for many many years. One time we had a bit of an issue but that was corrected quickly. My pets are loved here the staff is very nice and caring. Dr. Hibi is a great vet and they are also very kind. When my daughters precious Guinea pig passed the staff was very kind to my daughter while she was grieving her Stinky’s passing. That’s important 💚

The zoo is very nice, clean and huge! You can see that the animals are very el taken care off. I do recommend taking the tour bus which will give you the opportunity to see a lot more. Love that you can also use a kangaroo bus that allows you to hop on and off to avoid walking so much. Zoo keepers were very courteous.
