Straightforward Claim Process—Exactly as Expected
Submitting a claim with Pets Best was simple and straightforward. The only hiccup was logging in through the app - email validation didn’t always work, so I had to switch to Safari on my phone. Once I was in, the claim submission process was extremely easy. Processing took a little longer than I would’ve preferred, but based on the reviews I’d read beforehand, the timeline was exactly what I expected. Communication from Pets Best was clear throughout, and I always knew where my claim stood.

Family Plan is amazing

Great Insurance
Love having pet insurance. Never have had before . And I as so very happy I went with pet insurance this time. My fur baby has used it all up this year.
