I’ve had a great experience with Pets Best Insurance. They process claims pretty quickly, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with vet bills. It also gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to hesitate about taking my pet to the vet or emergency hospital if something happens. Having that safety net really helps when you just want to focus on your pet’s health.

They don't pay claims, period.
We had over $6,000 in claims which were all denied. Our dog suffered a CCL tear (like an ACL in humans) in his left knee. They said it was "probably" related to previous pains in his back and right leg. So they not only denied the surgery for the CCL tear, but they went back and reversed a previously paid claim for emergency vet care when the tear occurred. And so far, they have not paid any of the claims we had for those "previous" pains that they assume to all be related and pre-existing.
