I am so happy I had Nationwide pet…
I am so happy I had Nationwide pet insurance for my Xena. I never had to decide between my pup’s health or going bankrupt. Nationwide gave me that peace of mind. Customer service is top notch. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Nationwide honored their policy and reimbursement was easy and fast. Policy was easy to understand and coverage was excellent. If only humans health insurance was this easy. Thank you!

Best decision
I am so happy we switched to lemonade. We have had another insurance since we adopted Sansa and it was such a waste. They didn’t cover anything and the prices kept going up and up and up. We switched to lemonade and it’s already paid for itself (not literally but close). Submitting claims is so easy and the refunds are super quick. I’m so happy we switched and anything we don’t get back goes to charity so honestly that’s a huge win. Do yourself and your best friend a favor and cover them with lemonade!

My thanks to the representative Diera …
My thanks to the representative Diera she took the time to reset my password and email all the while walking me through each step teaching me ins and outs of the website. I was so surprised that there are several options to send in claims . I was told a few weeks earlier in talking with nationwide agent there were only two options and that was about it short and done with my questions not answered. So thank you Diera for making this website less intimidating for me to navigate.

There when I needed it most
Trupanion rejects most of my submissions, however when my dog had to go have surgery yesterday, they were on top of it and covered exactly what they said they would with out an issue. They were great.

Surprisingly easy and fast
Submitting a claim is very easy. I asked my vet to email me the invoice, I forwarded it to Lemonade after submitting the claim in the app. A rep from Lemonade emailed me to say it had been approved and then funds were directly deposited into my account the next day. I was not expecting the return that fast!

Left to be damaged, Financially.
Never before have I worked with or dealt with a company that left one as hung out to dry, to borrow the expression, as Sonnet as done - especially this week. A contact to customer service made to ensure that no payment was missed turned into three agents across nearly three hours that, in the end, left me with advice to allow a payment to simply bounce and the company would try again some days after. I made the call before any contact, from Sonnet, was made to have the funds withdrawn from my account and, in the end, the issue was simply that I was to be paid on the same day as Sonnet wanted the payment but the employer could not guarantee that the funds would arrive in my account on time (new employer). No other insurance company I've ever dealt with was set up so that nothing could be done in case of any sort of unexpected events. If it takes three hours to furiously typing to be told to "just wait and see what happens later," what happens should I have any sort of emergency that would actually require any assistance from Sonnet? All agents I was in contact were nice people - except for the one who asked me to wait a moment and then left me for 40 minutes where I was "connected" but the agent would not respond leaving me trapped, in a sense. I was left with the impression that, when the agent could not find any sort of way where I could be assisted, he just left things hoping I was drop the session. In the end, I actually did and restarted things with someone new, not that anything was sorted - given the advice I wrote that I had been given earlier. For that, I nearly made this one star. Sonnet is unreliable and, for a company dealing with something such as insurance, that is unacceptable and leaves one perhaps anxious, given where one would lie if needing the very thing Sonnet is being paid for.

Slow and steady
The process for submitting claims is so easy and the app is very user friendly! My only complaint is the time it takes between submitting claims and getting reimbursed. It does take a little while but it’s worth it to wait. The EOB explains what was covered, or what wasn’t and sometimes what you can do to get it covered to resubmit the claim.
