Quick, Easy and Painless Process to File Claim
We did our First Visit to the Vet for our dog Buddy. We paid out of Pocket $141 and was given $95 back from what we paid. I filed a claim and we got a response in hours and not days. It was easy to file and quick to do as well from uploading the paperwork. Puppy Insurance is a great investment so far for us.❤️🐶❤️

Disappointed
It takes way too long to process a claim - usually a month or more! Then, the claim is not covered, or I haven't met the deductible yet, or... Very few of my claims - and I have a lot due to a very ill dog, are covered. In addition, the monthly cost of the insurances has significantly increased due to my pet's age.
