Easy Peasy
Great experience. Coverage the same as others charging almost twice as much. Pretty straightforward. As a retired senior, it's good to know I can afford high-end healthcare for my precious cat Pepper. She's in good hands. Thank you so much.

I wish human insurance was this encompassing and easy. I've have 3 cats insured and they've always been there for me. They are quick with your claims and clear in their explanations. And most importantly, they really care about your pet (and you!). Their customer service is excellent and empathetic. I can't recommend them enough!

Hartville is great
Hartville has been great with the claim process with my dog vet bill and vet emergency. There was no hassle and my claim was processed promptly. They kept me informed on information needed and process of my claim. They paid as my policy stated and it was easy peasy!

Each time we have had to use our insurance on our black lab/pit mix, the process has been easy, fast and we get reimbursed quickly. I wish all insurance companies were run this well. Not only is their claim process imple but they have amazing follow up afterwards to ensure our dog is recovering. Will always recommend to anyone getting a pet.
