Denied portion of vet bill.

After 11 years of paying premiums, I had my first vet bill over the $500 deductible ($800+). Trupanion denied a portion bringing down to under $500, so I was paid nothing. Done with out explanation. This was for my dogs teeth cleaning which had never been done before and recommended by the Vet.
