TruPanion made it very easy to enroll both of my pups that are rescues and that I have not had since birth. They were very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. They were also patient with me in gathering the records for one of my pups that was in a unique situation. They're always available, their customer service is on point and TruPanion was also recommended by my vet. We ensure ourselves, we ensure our children, we ensure our cars and even some of our appliances. TruPanion makes it possible to ensure our pets without breaking the bank. ❤🐾

New to Trupanion, but was highly recommended by a friend and our vet. Joe, customer service representative, was very knowledgeable about the different plans and answered all my questions. We hope that nothing ever happens to our puppy, Charlie, but if it does, I feel confident that we selected the right insurance company and plan.

While the claim was processed quickly some strange requests came up that have never been asked before.
While the claim was processed quickly, some strange requests came up that have never been asked before. Also, for the 2nd time in a row, after the claim, our monthly price went up quite a bit. I realize prices change but it's a substantial amount for the number of times it's been used over the life of the dog.
