Great & easy to use!
Love how easy it is to file claims! Luckily I don’t have to use it often but enjoy the peace of mind that’s there if I need it for my boy!

Customer service is great and claims are paid fast
Customer service is great. So nice not to have to do everything via email or chat. The phone reps pick right up. So easy to submit a claim and get reimbursed. All claims have been paid as outlined in the policy with no issues. I normally get deposit 48-72 hours after I submit my claim. So far they have paid almost $9k this year due to my dog being diagnosed with Lymphoma.

Piece of mind
There really isn’t an experience to talk about ( which is good ). I had a claim and Trupanion did its thing once we submitted the bill. It’s nice having that piece of mind knowing I never have to make a decision about my babies health based on $$$. Only negative I have to say is cost keeps climbing. I’m paying over double what I was 10 years ago but I guess that’s just the world we live in .

Great experience!
I feel like my pet is well covered and they make the invoice submitting process so easy. My pet hospital can also send my invoices directly for pre approval so nothing is a surprise. Great experience!
