Coverage exactly as advertised and promised

I only signed up for the program
I only signed up for the program. Very easy to do online. I purchased the insurance after an incident with a neighbor's pet and thought...I don't want that vet bill for my small dog. Very happy my Rosy is covered now.

So far so good! Only been a customer for 5 months, but have unexpectedly had to make a claim for one of my pups. Not only are claims processed within days, any time I've had a question or needed advice, every customer service agent has been friendly and very knowledgeable.

For Astro
Shortly after moving into our new home, Astro, who has had a history of urinary crystals had another block. It was his third in two months. We made a tough decision to go through with a perineal urothostomy after the change of diet wasn’t working. He has since recovered great but at the time we were anxious and Pumpkins claims team made it a very seamless process. I wouldn’t choose any other coverage for our cats. Thanks Pumpkin
