I was trying to get renters insurance added to my account but unlike your great insurance rates you are 45 percent higher then anyone else. Which is a shame because I don’t want to go with two different insurance companies.

Very efficient claims process

Last year my dog suffered from intermittent limping and at first was unsure of the cause. We discovered it was a CCL tear and he had surgery. I submitted all claims for X-ray, tests, surgery and all were approved and processed very quickly. This year my dog tore his CCL on the other left and had surgery. I submitted a claim the day we picked him up from surgery and the claim was approved and process less than 2 weeks later! Could not ask for anything more!

Claim process is super easy and quick

Our cat Dimond went to the ER and has been hospitalized for four days due to acute inflammation of several organs and now is doing pretty well. His ALT is still high from his bloodwork recheck so he will be on a liver protectant for a while. This is our first time submitting claims on healthy paws and the whole process was super easy and quick. Thanks for protecting Dimond and I definitely will recommend healthy paws to friends who also have fur family members!

My claim was not handled properly

My claim was not handled properly I got robbed by first on site Nothing was destroyed in our unit by a fire 3 doors down but was supposedly contaminated by asbestos. first on site came in and told us our stuff was dangerous for us to touch so they took every little thing we owned and got rid of it. If I ever get the money for someone to look into this I will. I feel I’ve been put in a corner with no way out. What happened to all our belongings $80,000. Worth I know some was unclean able. Me and my family feel we were taken advantage of I really wish you were more helpful at the time we had no idea of our rights. First on site should be under investigation for fraud they literally robbed us in front of our eyes the agent let this all happen and an engineer was called in to investigate and found out they didn’t do anything that they charge for. And the contamination was only in one room not the entire house so why did we lose everything I wish I had a lawyer. Things would have been a lot different we would not have lost our entire lives in one day.

Online issues

I needed to get insurance for my truck on the weekend and I was able to do the online part but couldn’t print anything off or talk to anyone which was frustrating since I was able to do it online. I think there needs to be a message that lets you know before proceeding down the path of doing it all. Also having issues switching over payment methods from my CC to my bank account.
