My dog has been having post-op rehab. Sometimes the claims are paid and sometimes the same treatments are denied depending on the underwriter. I have used Embrace for over 10 years but will change from them for my subsequent dogs because they have become so inconsistent. Also, different underwriters give different interpretations of identical covered modalities. They have become a nightmare to deal with. and every claim turns into a phone call.

Embrace Pet Insurance made it very easy to file a claim through the app. They reviewed my case very fast and was able to get me my claim check very quickly. I was very surprised with their turn around time. They reviewed my claim after 48 hours after I submitted my claim.

I was a member of another pet insurance…
I was a member of another pet insurance company for years before Fetch took it over. I was concerned coverage and/or service would suffer but I have been pleasantly surprised. There were a few changes but nothing major. Everything remained basically the same, actually, filing a claim is easier. Direct deposit guarantees a much quicker payout.

Our dog Abby was faced with a health issue for the first time this past November. Fetch was there for us when we needed them!
