Unable to provide me with accident forgiveness insurance. I have no driving record and no issues getting it with another insurance company. Were not able to provide me with rationale why. Waited 7 days for issue to be looked into, received no reply.

Yours seemed to offer the best overall. Hope we don't have to use it though as we signed up for the accident and serious wellness program. We had both a dog and a cat in the past that could have used it.

The most expensive claim we submitted took more than 43 days to complete. That is not acceptable. I accrued interest charges on my credit card because the claim took so long to complete.

Healthy Paws saved my pups life
Healthy Paws saved my pups life. We had $4k in vet bills from simple kennel cough that turned into complicated pneumonia. They have been amazing and I recommend them to everyone.
