As a customer of almost five years
As a customer of almost five years, I’m very disappointed. My pup has been covered since he was 12 weeks old. I’ve had claims in the past, and they were swift to pay them. This last one is 18 days and nothing. I keep sending in the requested documents, and they keep telling me they don’t have them. It’s a circle that keeps starting over and going nowhere. I keep asking to speak with someone else higher up, and they won’t let me. Somewhere this company changed, and for that, I can no longer recommend them. Reply: to Healthy Paws, this was claim 9, yes, number 9, not the 1st... However, thank you for your generic response. I will say you guys are experts at copying and pasting.

The service was kind, and I worked with pre-approvals that were returned to me in a day. I got to take amazing care of my dogs and know I did all I could for them. I tell all my friends they are doing a disservice to there pets if they don't have Trupanion. We are now going to start chemotherapy on my golden retriever. I want to thank Trupanion from the bottom of my heart.
