I was thinking about changing insurance…
I was thinking about changing insurance companies and after poor results from several different insurers . Then I went online and submitted info for a quote from Sonnet. What pleasent surprise for a change. The quote was instant and lower than expected. Immediately accepted the quote and paid for the year. Just switched to Sonnet
So I just switched to Sonnet. I did everything online which made the whole process very easy for me. I really like that they gave me payment options and saved my progress so I could come back and complete things when I was ready. I have already recommend them to two other family members for the ease of getting started with them. Will be moving in a few months so we will see how that process goes when I get to it but will post another update when that happens.

Overall, a good insurance policy
It was easy to submit a claim for my cat's stay in the animal hospital and almost everything was covered. I'm very grateful I was able to get my cat the care he needed without worrying about the costs. The process was a little slow - it took about six weeks to process my claim. The explanation of benefits is also a bit confusing - they say that it's 90% co-insurance, but they mean that they pay for 90% of the costs. In the human medical world, this would be referred to as 10% co-insurance. But overall, a good experience with Pets Best.

Great Insurance - Fast Claims - Great app!
I'm very happy with this insurance. Reasonable price compared to others. I enjoy dealing with them. Thank goodness we haven't had an accident or illness, but from my experience with dental, vaccines, and wellness check they have been excellent. Highly recommended.
