I had my Bouvier des Flandres insured…
I had my Bouvier des Flandres insured by Trupanion. Fortunately she was healthy and I never made a claim. When she had her tenth Birthday, Trupanion reduced the rate of my monthly premium payment! That was much appreciated. Unfortunately I lost her suddenly and unexpectedly in October. My granddaughter and Son got a new Bouvier des Flandres puppy and have insured him with Trupanion. I just got two little Havanese puppies and have also insured them with Trupanion and I hope they all remain healthy but it is comforting to know Trupanion will be there should any need for their well being occur. Thank you

Awesome company
Awesome company. Easy to deal with. Always get questions answered. They covered my 1st pet’s surgery no issues and now my new puppy is with them too. I’m sure both dogs will be well taken care of should the need arise. .

Sonnet Not Responsive
Apparently Sonnet can't manage to allow an address that their program doesn't suggest. Our house has been here for over 100 years. Additionally Sonnet would not let me e-mail them and provides no phone number. I can't imagine them having the competence to handle a claim. I can't imagine

So far - absolutely NOT WORTH IT
Horrible experience so far - our dog went for an annual visit & more than half of it was not reimbursed. All claims were done by a qualified vet or under supervision of one - we were there with the vet in the room the whole time. And the wellness limit was reached already? The claim was for less than $100 dollars and was a typical visit. So we are paying $1000/year in coverage, and only getting a small small percentage of that back.
