My only interaction so far has been talking with two representatives on the phone, both of whom have been very pleasant. Nice and helpful. I have not filed any claims yet, so it is too early to review any further.

My cat Skittlez is over rainbow bridge
My cat Skittlez just passed after having cancer. I have had this pet insurance since he was born. Very generous claim coverage with fast payout. On a personal note a rep called me up today to offer condolences. It was heartwarming. They also sent an email cancelling his policy. I didnt have to make that call. I would reccomend this insurance to any true pet lover.

I went to Spot's website and got a quote for free before even registering. It was so nice to see my coverage options before putting down a credit card. I feel so at ease knowing that I'm saving money and giving my dog the best care all at once. This company is very easy to work with, as well as has an online presence and many customers, which is something I look for in companies I am giving my money. Waste of money
They take forever to give you an answer. They make up reasons to deny your claim & you have to wait on hold at least 30 minutes to have them start the process. Children crying in the background.
