Healthy Paws is the Best!
I am so glad we got Healthy Paws pet insurance for our rescue puppy, Jack. Within the first year we had him, Jack required surgery on his elbow for bone chips, (6 mos), and then at 1 yr we found out he had stones and crystals blocking his urinary tract, requiring surgery and lots of tests to determine the cause. Each time Healthy Paws processed the claims without any problems, no drama, very fast. We made the right decision when we chose Healthy Paws.

I have been an Embrace customer since 2012. This is the first time filing an illness claim. They have approve all submitted claims so far. Last week I had to schedule my dog for an endoscope and biopsy. My dog’s protein level is almost nonexistent and b12 is low. He has lost 10 lbs since November. I needed a pre certification done quickly. The rep that I spoke with not only submitted the claim for me but put a rush on it. Got a decision by the end of that day. This company is awesome!
