Dreadful experience
I was told I had to give my vet permission to give Embrace all information for passed record to Embrace. I did this and then my vet told me to just have an Embrace rep contact them for the information. Almost 2 weeks later Embrace emails me to tell me they didn't contact my vet. Then after telling them they need to email the vet for the files they still didn't instead they just kept emailing me that I needed to give them the file in which I can't because I don't have them. The whole reason I'm paying for extra pet insurance is so I didn't have to deal with all of these issues that staff at the company are trained to Do. So the fact it took this much trouble just to file a claim for $86 im terrified that if anything serious ever happens with my dog that Embrace pet insurance won't be there when I need them again so I will be canceling my policy. Do yourself a favor and find the insurances that your vet is friendly with and trusts I should've listens to my vet

Easy fast and cheap!
really easy to use, fast and affordable pet insurance! My pup got sick i spent 600+ after a met my deductible and got refunded by insurance 400+! This happen 12/15 and refund hit my account before christmas!

Fetch representatives go the extra mile…
Fetch representatives go the extra mile to explain my claims, why something was or was not paid, and to explain to me options to lower my cost. At one point they even helped me understand what other companies would consider pre-existing and gave me advantages and disadvantages of switching to another company. I have had NO issues in getting claims paid. I recommend Fetch.

So amazing!
Our two year old dog had to have emergency surgery after ingesting a foreign object. This was a very scary time for us, and thinking about the finances around this only added more stress. Immediately after the surgery we submitted our claim to aspca and they were so quick to process our claim and reimburse us the majority of the cost of the surgery. I cant say enough about how much this meant to our family to know that we could provide life saving surgery to our dog without the worry of being able to afford it. Thank you aspca for helping us to take care of our boy!

Very easy process to start the policy
Very easy process to start the policy. I unfortunately had an accident with my dog and he broke his patella, I completed the procedure with the vet and submitted my claim days later. Very easy process to submit the claim and I received a refund within days. Very happy with the outcome. Recommend this insurance.
