Avoided a debt rabbit hole
My vet was able to submit and receive payment directly and I only had to pay 10%. This was a tremendous help. We are so happy we were able to get the best treatment for Forrest.

Claim not processed after 3 months and…
Claim not processed after 3 months and three phone calls. Received different responces from three different people I spoke with. Was not even trying to get a refund. It was my first claim and I only wanted my vet bill to be applied to deductible. Will definitely be canceling from these shysters!!

Increasing annual fees
Is my first insurer, 2 years without any accidents or claims. However the annual fee still increases dramatically. They said it was due to cost，expenses or whatever. Understanding but not acceptable, especially when you never claim anything from them.
