Do Not Use This Company!
Terrible experience with Healthy Paws. They basically make it as inconvenient as possible to get a decision about a claim as you keep paying the premium. I submitted records multiple times via the app and ultimately had to sit on the phone and email records for each dog to the customer service representative. I then had to read the records to her because she kept trying to say she didn't see a date on the medical record that was clearly on the medical record. After much time and effort I finally got the claim submitted that I had submitted a couple months before but they continually claimed they needed records for. Then they denied the claim I submitted for an antibiotic claiming that it was part of a wellness visit and that all that was on the claim was a receipt for anal glands. So now I have to spend more time appealing the decision because of their incompetence. I was only submitting the documents to have on record for future because these claims did not even meet the deductible. If it's this difficult to get claims just applied to deductible and they aren't actually having to pay anything I can't imagine having to file something they have to actually pay for. I pay way too much monthly for it to be this time consuming and difficult just to file a claim. I can just save the money and have it available in case it's needed instead of having to deal with them. I would not recommend the company. I would recommend just saving the money that you would be paying this company monthly instead of paying them to create more headaches for you if you ever actually need their services. In response to the company reply: They can't find me in the system because I cancelled my account after leaving this review. I do not need to spend further time speaking to or emailing with customer service when this could have easily been handled over the past several months while the issues were ongoing and I expressed my frustrations directly to your representatives. This review was simply to let others know my experience. Hopefully they have a better experience than I did if they choose this company.

unapproved medical expenses
update: by the way, the vet wrote the rx shampoo as noticing slight inflamed skin around wrinkles, belly, paws figo responded… see inflamed skin. hence ear infection rejection must be a insurance claim dept language that considers face wrinkles belly paw the same as an ear infection … wow original post: adopted a 3mth old Frenchie 05-22-21 went to vet regularly for up to date shots and recommendation on rx shampoo, ear cleaner found and signed up to FIGO 1-10-22 Frenchie went to vet for ear infection 7-23-22/300$ and dew claw accident 7-26-22 10-13-22/$688 submitted claims to apply these invoices against deductible only 135$ fee was applicable to count towards deductible, out of a whole entire listing of fee breakdowns. amazing

Have had this insurance for 2 years. My only complaint is that it takes a while to process claims and get the reimbursement but other than that, we are very happy with this insurance.

Our dog Teddy had a fatal heart diagnosis. ManyPets US covered his surgery at 90% and made a payment to reimburse us so quickly. ManyPets literally SAVED TEDDY's LIFE! We are truly grateful and highly recommend this company over any other.

Not worth the money to pay for insurance when they won’t reimburse
Not a happy customer. I was told that my dog already had the max benefits for a wellness exam and her wellness shots and that they were not going to reimburse me for the cost. So, you’re telling me that you would rather have my dog suck them being taken care of before you will reimburse me. Not worth the money I pay to have insurance on my dog. I will be going elsewhere!

Always a great experience when dealing with embrace!! Fair and balanced. Sometimes they need extra questioning or explanations but as long as it's honest they check with vet and approve. Been with them since 2019 I have 3 dogs on my policy!!! Reasonable prices also
