Actively Looking for Alternatives
I brought my dog to the vet specifically after the coverage began but because symptoms from another illness were present, I still had to pay the full bill. When I reached out to gain clarification to not have this happen in the future, the agent was curt and I asked to disconnect the chat immediately. I felt as if I was being probed for fraud rather than getting clarity on my first claim, which was triggering. Iâm actively trying to find alternative insurance for my pet.

So far the customer service has been amazing. All three of the people I've spoken with so far (Jessica, Pam and Stephen) have all been wonderful. Excited to have little Whiskey covered by Trupanion!
