Easy process and super quick reimbursement!
We had to to take our 5 month old pup to the Emergency Vet last Saturday. Saturday evening I submitted my claim. By Monday, late afternoon, it was approved. Tuesday morning, my reimbursement hit my bank account. The process was super simple and I could not be happier with this company!!!!

My first experience
My first experience. My dog was diagnosed with Alopecia. We had the hereditary insurance. They denied my claim saying it was a pre existing condition. Did not cover anything ever. Talked to the customer service agent. I said so you guys do anything you can to get out of a claim?? He said, Yes sir!

The app that you have does not help, I tried writing a claim but it wouldn’t let me continue when trying to find the vet so I had to go online to do it so your app needs to be fixed.

Great Customer Service and Claim Reimbursements
I am on my 2nd year with this company and I couldn't be happier. My mixed breed dog that I adopted in 2016 from the shelter has been healthy at all her yearly vet visits. This policy was offered through my current insurance and I decided the price was right and she wasn't getting any younger! 28 days after purchasing the policy my dog was diagnosed with Cushings Disease, I was devastated! I was overwhelmed by the cost of testing, but she was worth it. I was going through my e-mails and a reminder that my monthly premium had been withdrawn from my account caused me to check and see if the policy would by chance cover her treatments....I got a great surprise, they were covered! With my first claim I had to send in 12 months worth of Vet Visits to show she had not had any issues up to this point. So when I submitted my claims (and I've done so for medication and testing for this last year) they were quick in reimbursements per my policy. When I've had questions they were very prompt in responding. I would recommend to any pet parent. Of course the younger the pet the better the policy price, but that's a given with any policy. I like that you can choose your deductible, your max payouts per year...it makes it easy to find coverage you need at a price that is affordable!
