HealthyPaws has been great for my two dogs
HealthyPaws is great. You want to make sure you understand your plan - they are very up front about what is covered. But once you know the lay of the land, it’s easy to navigate and very fast. They are reliable. The most important thing is that it helps you feel confident in going to the vet if your pup is sick - you can get them the help they need when they need it.

Thank you for giving us more time with our Kitty.
When we first got our kitty, there was a free trial for a month. I took it because why not? Within that month we already had an expensive vet visit and got devastating news; our kitten likely had Feline Leukemia. I immediately signed up for full coverage and throughout the sadly short life of our cat, Trupanion helped cover for everything. If it wasn't for having this insurance, we would have had to say goodbye much, much sooner than we did. So thank you, Trupanion. With you we were able to make many more memories with a loved member of our family who is now sorely missed.

Very Happy with Trupanion Insurance
I have had Trupanion now for three dogs I have owned. For all three of them, Trupanion has been excellent to work with and honest with their coverage. The dog I have covered now is an Alaskan Malamute that had one significant surgery that was over $5000. Pre- approval with Trupanion was extremely easy and I was reimbursed quickly and fully in line with the coverage I have purchased. Additionally, my pet had a minor surgery that required biopsies. Trupanion figured out (independently) I had been overcharged for more biopsies than had been submitted for testing. Trupanion straightened everything out with my vet to include getting me a refund for the additional biopsies charged erroneously. I am impressed, and will readily admit my dog has better insurance than I do as a professional.

Wonderful Insurance for any pet parent
I have a 1yo Cavapoo. He is a happy and healthy little boy, but we had two incidents with his tummy last year that ended up expensive. At the time, I was moving and out of state, so it was nice to not worry about how much it would cost to help him, because I knew Healthy Paws had his back. It was super easy to file a claim and I had the reimbursement within a week of submitting. They even reached out to check on him shortly after. I was referred to Healthy Paws from a colleague and now I recommend Healthy Paws to any pet parent.
