I was expecting more than $25 for a $68 vet bill i now have to choose between pet insurance and a vet bill of $246 or so in november is over 70 a month worth it for insurance or what i got more coverage with bivvy at this point at least that was affordable i am very dissatisfied

Pets Best has been a very transparent and reliable company. Through their EOBs, they explain clearly what was and wasn’t covered, and make prompt payment. I’d recommend them for anyone fearful that their pet might incur expensive medical costs and/or want to take advantage of their wellness option.

The policy is pretty straight forward regarding what is covered and what is not. I have not needed to use the policy so I can only give my opinion on the contract itself. It seems to cover illness and emergency issues. I will be glad to write another review after I have used the actual policy.

After reviewing all the comments in here. I have one question. The claim denial happened on these due to injuries being caused by preexisting conditions. However on your page you claim to be “the only insurance plan that covers preexisting conditions?” Sounds suspicious!

My fur baby was recently diagnosed with feline lukemia. I admit I was terrified as to what this was going to cost me. Once I reached my $250 deductable then I started getting my reimbursements. Turn around is quick, like 5 days quick and I can have it deposited right into my bank account. Filing the claim is so darn easy. In my opinion I was very grateful that I have, especially since I have 3 cats. I've had my policy about 5 years now.
