Because on the website it’s pretty vague on how do use the insurance because it’s different and I went to my vet today and they have never heard of that so a little more information regarding the program would be nice.

"Based on enrollment experience" Website kept kicking me out, site wouldn't accept my passwords but wouldn't tell me why. Had to ask for password reset 5 times before I was finally IN. Was told to watch for eMail "offer" and never saw anything. Would recommend Trupanion if based on anything else but enrollment experience ^..^
