A friend recommended sonnet and I’m so glad they did! I loved that I could do all the selections for my coverage completely online by myself with no assistance of any kind from a representative though they are very attentive if you need their guidance or assistance after you’ve purchased everything! They were so understanding when I called to inform them that I had the money in the wrong account and worked with me on a solution for this! So happy I switched, 10/10 recommend!

Worst insurance experience ever
Worst insurance experience ever, it's been such a stressful and frustrating experience minus stars if that is possible. I have been unable to make any updates or changes to my policy for at least 6 months, I keep getting an "Uh oh" error message. Even the staff could not get access or explain it, to make the necessary changes. I have been through every step the company asked me to, patiently waiting months for 5 to 10 day IT fix that has still to this day NEVER happened. I have wasted so much time on online chats (which get cut off), calls emails, with no solution. I tired to escalate the complaint they called me back and did not leave a message but sent me an email telling me to start the whole process again with a chat (and wait again)or call the regular customer service number ( and wait again) ........ I mean Grrrrr. They backed me into a corner with this neglect of service where I had to ask to cancel the policy mid way through and set up a policy elsewhere, to make sure we were insured legally and correctly, which is all I was trying to do with Sonnet. Their response I have to pay a cancellation Fee!!!!! It seems this company can neglect it's duty to allow you to access your policy as per it's terms, and will not take steps to gain you access to make the policy legally correct but they are greedy enough to want a cancellation fee for doing nothing, the reason being because they "created a ticket " to log the issue.........but never fixed it!!!! Their advertising is everywhere right now which is so frustrating as if they can't look after existing clients how will they look after a larger client base. I worry for anyone needing to make a claim!
