Trupanion is true to their word.
I am so grateful that my husband and I chose Trupanion insurance for our Daisy. We recently had to take her to an after hours emergency clinic after she swallowed a drop earring that had fallen to the floor. The vet was concerned about the possibly of the sharp part of the post causing internal damage. He first tried to scope and fish it out and when he was unable to get it like that, he performed abdominal surgery. This, of course, was quite costly. Trupanion has very kind workers and I was walked through the claim process. They covered exactly as advertised. It is a shame that it is hard to believe the advertised coverage claims of companies these days, but I will gladly recommend Trupanion to family, friends, and even strangers if asked.

So far so good
I love the wellness plan that is available and how it covers spay/neuter and microchipping.I currently have accident+ illness and the wellness plan. I loved how easy and user friendly the website was with allowing me to customize my monthly payment by adjusting the deductible and the reimbursement %. I like the app and I just submitted my first claim. I would definitely give this five stars but I wanted to see how quickly and effectively my first claim is processed first before giving a 5 star review. So far a solid four stars for sure!
