Big hassle to cancel.
No online cancel policy option. You have to call to cancel your policy. I was given a 5 minute list of reasons why that was a bad idea and could not get the rep to stop pitching her spiel. Then put on hold for 6 minutes until she finally told us the policy was cancelled. Rude beyond belief!!

DO NOT use these guysl You get what you pay for. I got in a minor accident and they were "busy" So they give it to a 3rd party to handle. 6 weeks no movement. I cant even get through on the call center to cancel. Proceed at your own risk. Going with TD a reputable company

Over the past few months our aging dogs have had a number of issues that ended up costing several thousands of dollars in specialist fees and procedures. Thankfully we had our insurance policies from the get-go. Fetch was super easy to use and we were compensated quite quickly. So happy we did this long ago. The policies have paid for themselves. Trupanion is amazing!
We have had Trupanion since the week we brought Mila home. We have had to use it for claims 2 times already, once at a vet that accepted it directly and they paid their portion before we left the office. This week we had to use it at another vet who doesn't accept it directly, I filed the claim Friday and it was already approved on Monday! They really are amazing and could be a lifesaver. It is more than worth the extra expense every month to have the peace of mind that they are there for you when the unexpected happens!
