Diera was great help! answered all my questions and had a good chat! A great Idea to implement for us members would be a portal or link that will have a list of nationwide approved vets in our area that we could go to for exotic pets or pets in general. Since I live in Utah we don't have anything on hand to tell us where to take exotic pets.

Fair and Fast
First of all, I essentially never leave reviews, good or bad. However, Pets Best Pet Health Ins. deserves a major shout-out. Super easy claim. Very fair and fast settlement. Honestly, when our dog got sick, we didn't have any expectations as to what was covered or not. But in the end, Pets Best took care of what we would consider more than a fair share of the burden. Thank you Pets Best!

Phenomenal staff and easy submission process
All individuals I have worked with were great. They were professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. I have the app and it is super easy to upload receipts and understand how the process works. Quick payments to me or my vet even though my vet did not have a system set up for automatic payment they promptly sent a check and reimbursed the vet so I did not have to pay it out of pocket and wait on reimbursement. Great company and team! I would definitely recommend them to use. I have 3 dogs and all are insured with Trupanion.

Annual premium Increases
I have not had the occasion to need to use the insurance, luckily the pets have been healthy. However the increase each year is getting intense especially without any claims being submitted and covering multiple pets. The site is easy to use at least but second thinking continuing due to the annual increased cost.

Couldn't be more pleased with Healthy Paws
When I adopted my sweet rescue pup at the beginning of Covid, I had no idea how complex her health would be. As usual, Pets Best comes through! It is always easy to submit a claim - just a few clicks, the processing time was about two weeks, which is excellent, and the payment was posted in my bank account within two days. Thank you, Pets Best employees, for doing a fantastic customer service job!

I was not aware of the two week waiting…
I was not aware of the two week waiting period and recently had to take titan to the vet. This is very unfortunate because being a single parent I could at least use half of it back I was not made aware of it until I actually talk to somebody on the phone when I was trying to get help with my account.
