Our vet gave us a brochure about trupanion and after research of other pet insurances I decided to call the number. The representative was extremely professional, shared much information and was courteous even though I neglected to notice there was a 3 hour time difference between Seattle and North Carolina, where we live. (I called 6:30 a.m. her time.) She was extremely pleasant and politely informed me that the company is open 24/7 when I noticed the time difference. Trupanion must be a very supportive company for the representative to be cheerful at 6:30 in the morning. I believe that if a business treats their employees well they will honor their commitment to our furry friends!

Best Investment I ever made!
I have had this medical insurance for my dog Kacie since I adopted her. All I need to do is fill out a claim form, download copies of her vet bills and prescriptions and viola payment is usually made in 3 business days. Thank you Trupanion. you have been Kacie's life saver.
