Smooth and Efficient
I filed my first claim with Embrace after my dog had major stomach surgery. The experience surpassed my expectations. The initial review of my dogs medical history only took a couple days and immediately following that I was notified the claim was covered. We had several subsequent vet visits due to complications. Embrace reviewed and approved each claim within a day or two and provided an explanation of benefits each time. I was reimbursed in less than a week each time. I’m super thankful the process was smooth and efficient!

The best pet insurance I know of!!
I have been using Embrace Pet Insurance for about 20 years to cover 3 different dogs. Two dogs have had major health issues and Embrace has never questioned a claim and always paid promptly. Considering what the medical costs have been over the years and having the peace of mind to know I can make sure my pets receive the care they need, the insurance premiums are reasonable and well worth it. I wouldn't use any other pet insurance company. My sister uses Healthy Paws and has had constant issues.

Great Customer Service and received surprise gift! :)
After purchasing, it was really nice to get a toy from Pumpkin in the mail! We were very surprised. Before purchasing a plan, I had some questions. The customer service representative was super knowledgeable and helpful! She processed our new plan while on the phone and made our sign up process so easy!

Charged me a payment after my dog died and I cancelled the policy.
I had to put my dog to sleep and called the Monday after to cancel my policy. Two days later instead of getting the agreed upon refund they charged me another premium payment. I will say that one of their supervisors did promise to make sure the check would be in the mail. I have yet to receive the reimbursement for the appointment leading up to the final visit.

As usual I submitted my claim and quickly received a confirmation email with a time estimate for resolution. I believe it said 3 to 4 weeks but instead it was completed in 1 week! Thank you for your quick service.

Excellent Pet Insurance - Enabled My Puppy to Have Emergency Eye Surgery!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is wonderful. My puppy, Kali, work up one morning and was having difficulty opening her one eye. Over the course of 1-2 days, she was no longer able to open her eye. I knew something was seriously wrong and I wanted to see a Vet Ophthalmologist (since she was only 14 months old). Having Healthy Paws Pet Insurance gave me the piece of mind to book an urgent appointment with the specialist, because I knew 80% of Kali's vet bill would be reimbursed to me. Kali needed emergency surgery to protect her vision and Healthy Paws covered both the emergency consultation plus all the surgery fees. Kali is doing well and her eye looks fantastic.

When life gives you lemons…
Lemonade Insurance has been a great experience! I wanted to ensure our puppy was covered in case her shenanigans got too wild. The sign up and claim process was automated and simple to use. Payout was almost immediate. I loved the experience so much I got insurance on our other animals and I switched my auto and renters insurance over to Lemonade.
