I submitted the claim added the files of the invoice and I’m just getting a response now that the files weren’t uploaded, two weeks later and had I not gone on to the website to check, I would’ve known there was an issue. Couldn’t I have been contacted via email if there was a problem?

My puppy had surgery and a bad cough. They covered most of my expenses. Excellent company to work with. Very professional. I received the insurance money right away . I highly recommend them. This is my first time with pet insurance.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is Excellent!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is wonderful. My puppy, Kali, work up one morning and was having difficulty opening her one eye. Over the course of 1-2 days, she was no longer able to open her eye. I knew something was seriously wrong and I wanted to see a Vet Ophthalmologist (since she was only 14 months old). Having Healthy Paws Pet Insurance gave me the piece of mind to book an urgent appointment with the specialist, because I knew 80% of Kali's vet bill would be reimbursed to me. Kali needed emergency surgery to protect her vision and Healthy Paws covered both the emergency consultation plus all the surgery fees. Kali is doing well and her eye looks fantastic.
