Highly recommended
My 2 dogs have been insured with Trupanion for a few years now. We recently added a kitten to our family. Trupanion as usual was so very helpful. I really like that no matter what time of day it is there’s always someone available. Their plans are so easy to understand and surprisingly very affordable. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended !

I needed to add a second vehicle to my home and automobile policy
I needed to add a second vehicle to my policy. When I entered the vehicle details online and printed the temporary insurance card the insurance card was in my name. My wife is the vehicle owner and I wanted her name to be on the insurance card. I was initially told that she would have to open her own Sonnet account to make this possible. The fix was to make us both vehicle owners and both of our names appear on the insurance card.

Unexpected illness…
My cat Chili suddenly became ill mid Feb..I took him to emergency vet clinic and he stayed there for 3 days..I had to cancel my Cancun trip since we didn't get a conclusive reason for the sickness except WBC was through the roof.. they paid every bill and it is still ongoing, thank-you I am so grateful to not have to decide if I could treat him or not 🙏❤️

Good for wellness not so much for emergency
This insurance was great when my puppy needed all her shots, etc. Now she's 11 months old, had an accident while playing which required a visit to an emergency vet hospital. My bill was over $700.00 but I was only reimbursed less than $90.00. I got the accident and illness rider for just this situation and I am not satisfied. I am actually thinking about dropping this rider.
