Because I got it for my baby and it cost me a lot of money now just for prescriptions and if anything else happens to him it will probably kill me so at least I know that this way if he needs an operation or anything then you guys will help and I wouldn't be able to afford it all myself. it's a lot easier paying month to month. I actually already mentioned trupanion to somebody before I even got it because I knew that you could help. so I recommended you already before I even got it.

You really ARE what your companies name says, "Pet's Best"
We are so thankful that we had Pets Best insurance for our dog. Her surgery was very expensive and they covered everything just the way I read they would. We've never had pet insurance before and it seemed too good to be true that for the low price we pay for coverage, they would actually pay so much, but they really did! And it went right into the bank account, which is a great option for reimbursement. We had compared many other plans and this insurance was 2-3 times LESS expensive then all others we found, but yet it offered better coverage. Also, if your pet is under 2 when you sign up, from what I understand dental is part of the policy at no extra cost - that is a very nice benefit for those of you who have younger dogs. I tell everyone that has animals about this company. It is nice that they have their plans set up so you can buy what is best for your situation and pet. They are also great at communication, letting me know where we were in the claim process. All I can say now is THANK YOU PETS BEST! You really are what your company name says ; )

Puppy got plastic bag with treats in it and ate part of plastic Sent text and got response immediately was advised to be aware of any vomit and if she threw up any of plastic She did next day They texted me next day to see how pup was doing great follow up

I am very happy with Pets Best payment on my recent claim for my dogs ACL surgery. They paid my vet directly as we had previously set up.
