Slow and little coverage
Our dog ran into something in our yard (we don't know what) and cut a deep gash in her side. We paid $1100 to our emergency vet to get her stitched up. After our $500 deductible and 80% coverage, we should have received about $450, but we only are getting less than $350. Iit's been over 30 days and we haven't received payment yet. Terrible.

I just rescued my pup less than 2 months ago and I am so happy I got the insurance right away. Don’t you know we have already had to use it! The claims process is easy and direct. There was even an oversight on one of the bills - so I called customer service and they resolved it extremely quickly and thoroughly. So far very impressed! I was burned by a poor pet insurance from a different carrier previously and I am really pleased so far. We have already met our deductible for the year - and I feel confident in their services going forward

Good Coverage for a Good price
Basically, I found your presentation to be complete and listed all coverages. I wish that you would offer to go thru my dog's medical history so that I would know what, if any, preexisting conditions exist before I commit to the insurance as Embrace Pet Insurance does. This wouldn't cost you any extra since you require 18 months of medical history before a claim is paid. I realize that Embrace is more expensive than your coverage.

I highly recommend Fetch
Fetch is so easy to use. I’m amazed at how simple it is to submit a claim. I’ve had no issues with them in promptly reimbursing me. I have two dogs. And when we got the first dog, we bought a different dog insurance. When we got the second dog, a friend referred us to Fetch. Compared to the other insurance, Fetch is outstanding in every way. I only had to call customer service once. They answered quickly and took care of the issue to my satisfaction. I really need to switch my other dog to Fetch. I highly recommend them. And we are thankful we have it.
