Horrible customer service
Don't waste your time and money on this company. Their coverage may seem good but the customer service is shockingly bad. They took 2-3 weeks to reply one email, with no intent to help you. The email customer service was like a robot whose only job is to keep asking for more documentation even when it makes zero sense. And when I complained to them about this and said if my issue wasn't addressed I'll switch to another insurance company, they didn't bother to reply me. So I switched. Luckily I got out early and escaped them after only paying two months of premiums. This company either cares zero about it's customer, or has extremely poorly trained customer service.

Love love HealthyPaws! I cannot say enough good things about them. They are literally the best pet insurance - are quick to review, close and reimburse claims all wiithin a week or less! They remove the financial worries i have on a day to day basis on what happens to my pet.

submitting a claim
Pets Best is easy to work with by using their app and submitting claims for my dog's vet care. We recently had an emergency visit that was pretty expensive when the visit was completed. Once I submitted the claim it was reviewed and explanation of benefits and the amount the insurance would be paying from the total cost was accurate to my coverage and very easy to understand. I highly recommend pets best.

I’ve been using this insurance for a awhile
I’ve been using this insurance for a few years now, when my dog gets hurt, they pay a great portion of the bill, the only problem I have with them is that every other year they raise their premiums, I know stuff goes up, but OMG every other year? it got so bad that I literally had a raise my deductible just to lower my premium
